Hey- I’m Zach. I’ve been deep in the fitness game since 2018. What started as a personal mission to build strength and confidence has evolved into something much bigger: helping others do the same.
I’ve dedicated my career to helping people get stronger, build muscle, and develop the discipline to achieve their goals. My experience comes from both the science and the practice — years of hands-on training in powerlifting, bodybuilding, and calisthenics, combined with formal education in exercise science and nutrition.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University and NASM certifications in both Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching. This background allows me to design programs that are not only effective in the gym, but also realistic for your lifestyle.
My coaching focuses on what actually works — structured programming, smart nutrition strategies, and consistent accountability. Every client receives personalized training plans, monthly adjustments based on progress, and direct access to me for feedback, support, and problem-solving.
